Danny Lewis is a Chicago native who grew up in Glenview, IL. He is a New Trier High School and DePaul University Graduate.
Danny serves as the Team Leader of the Lewis Real Estate Group located at Dream Town Realty. His primary functions are to mentor the individuals of the team as well as oversee all retention efforts. He is the transaction specialist, providing day to day guidance of all deal flow and communication with all parties involved. He is the nucleus of lead generation and oversees all client development.
The team’s history begins when Danny’s grandfather, Earl Meltzer moved from his home in Skokie to a retirement home. His Grandpa Earl was going to sell the home himself, which he probably could have at 92, but Danny convinced his grandpa to let him sell his house…and the rest is history.
Danny fell in love with real estate. He loved being in control of his own destiny and loved the social aspect of it. He decided this is what he was meant to do and got his license immediately.
Through hard work and determination, Danny sold $3.7 million of real estate in year one, and became Rookie of the Year. In his second year, Danny sold $7.4 million and doubled that number his third year, closing $14.7 million. In 2015, Danny was honored to be the #1 producing EXIT Realty agent in all of Illinois closing $12.8 million. In 2016, he continued to lead the pack and was once again named the #1 producing EXIT agent in all of Illinois after closing $19.4M in sales. Danny is now a top 1% agent in all of Illinois and has consistently been a CAR Top Producer since 2012.

In March of 2019, Danny joined forces with Dream Town Realty, where he holds his license to this day. From 2020-2023, Danny has consistently produced over $25M volume in sales per year and has been named a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors.
Danny personally mentors and coaches each agent, and teaches them everything he knows about real estate.
Danny has a great deal of experience in the customer service, sales, public relations and marketing industries.
Prior to real estate, Danny was responsible for acquiring corporate sponsorships with the Athletic Department at DePaul University. He diligently prospected to develop new corporate accounts for the institution. In addition he worked with the marketing department where he created, designed and published DePaul Athletics marketing material for the entire student body, university officials and community.
While at DePaul, he was also the News and Speakers Bureau Coordinator in the Office of Public Relations where he was solely responsible for communicating the top headlines of the day amongst the university. His role was to evaluate all relevant news stories and create a daily digest that was disseminated to the Joint Counsel, which included the Chancellor, President and Vice Presidents.
