- You are most welcome to list any and all your properties with us as long as you are allowed to list them.
- All listings are done in good faith, so if you find anything illegal or any errors please let us know about it and we will remove them.
- You will be managing your adverts and clients and enquiries 100%. We do not build a database of enquiries or charge you to interact with prospective purchasers or clients.
- Your adverts will automatically expire in 30 days and will be auto removed from the system
in 60 days after you have received email notifications.
- Any profiles or adverts deemed to be unreasonable or spam and go against reasonable fair use principles will be removed without warning, so please use your common sense and be professional and kind!
How does Prop-Mart work? Private Seller
If you are a private seller, just complete the fields on the site. The important sections for you to be able to sell your property are your contact details and property information.
An easy way to create an effective listing is to try to imagine that you are interested in buying your own house, then ask yourself what information will you need to make a decision on the purchase. The more pertinent information you provide up front, the fewer time wasting inquiries (tyre kickers…) you will need to respond to so give as much relevant information as possible up front.
Security Advice for Private Sellers
- Do not give your exact street address. Just the street or even suburb is best. You don’t need people arriving unannounced to view the property and also don’t want criminals to target you or the new owners. Both you and prospective new owners are vulnerable at this time and you want to keep yourself as safe and secure as possible. Exact addresses can be given out after you have vetted the potential purchasers.
- Possibly consider creating a separate email address for this sale and even get yourself a separate phone number. This way inquiries can be managed safely and will not impact on your personal life, and when the sale is concluded you can terminate the address and number. This will also prevent unscrupulous marketing people targeting you indefinitely!
- Always have sale agreements drafted and checked by a suitable property attorney or legal professional.
How does Prop-Mart work? Agents and Agencies
Agents and agencies is divided into three different levels of listing management authority.
Level 1 – Head Office or Agency
- The administrator here will have total authority over the whole extended profile and Ideally should be a suitable responsible and reliable person within upper management.
- This administrator will create the branch profiles and assign branch managers.
Level 2 – Branch Office
- The administrator of the Branch Office will have authority over that branch and over the agents and the listings associated with them.
- The Branch Office administrator will be able to assign agents ot eh branch and properties to agents in necessary.
Level 3 – Agents
- Agents will create their own listings and manage all aspects of the listings.
The Agency Flow
- It works form level 3 to level 2 to level 1.
- Agents and branch managers create their profile.
- Head office creates their profile then created Branch Office profiles and assigns to the Branch Office a Branch Manager profile. Both the Head Office and the Branch Office manager can assign agents to the branch
- Once assigned the Branch manager can assign Agents to the branch and can also assign listings to the branch and agent.
- Agents create their own profile which is then linked to the various head office or branch office.
- Agents manage their own inquiries and databases.
How does Prop-Mart work? Service Providers
- All service providers are welcome to create a profile and advertise their services.
- It is up to the company managers to create their profiles and manage all their inquiries.
The Rating System
- This whole listing and advertising system is totally free to the user. The rating system has been included to help to keep everything fair and real. Fake profiles and fake bad service will quickly be spotted and reported by the users and graded on the system.
- Not all ratings will be fair, but overall this is a good way to differentiate between fake or bad users and good real users.
